DION NGUTE JOSEPH
1954 – professeur d’Université, Ministre.
Né le 12 mars 1954 à Bongongo Barombi dans le département du Ndian de la région du Sud-Ouest.
De 1966 à 1971, il étudie au Lycée Bilingue de Buéa, où il obtient le GCE Advanced Level. De 1973 à 1977, il suit les études supérieures à l’Université de Yaoundé et obtient la Licence en Droit. Puis de 1977 à 1978, il est inscrit à Queen Mary College de l’Université de Londres, où il obtient le Master’s degree en Droit. Et, de 1978 à 1982, il suit le programme de Ph.D. en Droit à l’Université de Warwick en Grande-Bretagne.
Depuis 1980, il est chargé de Cours à l’Université de Yaoundé II. Le 19 juin 1986, il est nommé Directeur Général Adjoint du Centre National d’Administration et de Magistrature. Le 11 mars 1991, il devient Directeur Général de l’ENAM., cumulativement avec ses fonctions du Directeur Général par intérim du CENAM ( 1993 – 1995). Depuis le 7 décembre 1997, il est Ministre Délégué auprès du Ministre des Relations Extérieures chargé du Commonwealth
